How long does shipping take?
-Orders typically take 10 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks. If you have not recieved your tracking number after 10 days, please contact us. Please be aware shipping during the holidays can take longer. Expedited shipping & production is available. Send us an email before you place your order so we can insure you get your items when you need them!

How do you products fit?
-Each item is different! Baby and kids products run very true to size. For adults, each prodcut fits differently. Some have a relaxed, loose fit, while others are fitted. Check each description to insure the proper fit! If you still are unsure, contact us! Returns are not accepted due to size, unless it is our error.

I live close to Springfield. Can I pick up my items to avoid the shipping cost?
-Of course! Just use the code "local" when you check out so you won't pay for shipping and we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Are there any special instructions for washing my shirt/onesie?
-Not really- wash inside out & tumble dry on low heat. Feel free to iron your item inside out, but do not use a hot iron directly on the design!

Oh no! You're out of stock of an item I wanted. What do I do?
-Don't panic! Typically, most of our items can be restocked. Just send us an email & we will help you.

I have a specific design in mind for a shirt. Are you able to accommodate my idea?
-Yes! Typically the only thing we are not able to do are trademarked logos. So bring on your best ideas, and we can make your vision a reality!

Do you do exchanges/returns??

-Due to the nature of our products, since everything is made to order, no- we do not accept returns. If it is due to our error, 100% yes! Send us an email and we can assist you.
